COVID-19 Health and Safety Notice
Based on the guidelines established by the spanish government, we are going to change our work schedule to 10:00am to 6:30pm
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ):
- ¿Will I receive my order in the usual period?
Yes, all orders made before 1pm will sent the same day. All orders placed after 1pm will be sent the next day and they will de delivered in 48 hours.
- ¿Are all the forms of payment still available?
For the security of our customers and the delivery company staff, we recommend to use payment with credit or debit card, bank transfer, or paypal. Transport companies may restrict the cash on delivery option if they consider it appropriate.
- ¿Can I be infected whe receiving my package?
We are taking all the safety measures recommended by the WHO to make sure that we protect our workers and customers from the spread of the coronavirus. However once the packages have left our facilities, it passes through more people outside the company. Therefore we propose the following recommendations:
- The usage of a face mask to recevive the package.
- To use gloves and wash your hads with soap or sanitizer after signing the package receipt.
- To keep a distance of more than 1.5m from the delivery person.
- To spray the package with a sanitizer or an alcoholic solution with a concentration above 75%.
- ¿What happens if my Item has a defect of origin?
All the purchases made in the next three months will have an automatic extention of the return period.
- ¿Can I get the virus if i go to your store?
To avoid further spreading of the desease, we have put in place a series of protection measures such as allowing only 2 people in our store at a time, the usage of gloves, sanitizers, face masks.
