Return, Warranty & Exchange Policy

WARRANTY

Our Warranty is different than our competitors. Products whose manufacturers have their own technical service in Spain have at least the warranty period offered by the manufacturer. On internal telephone and LCD components, we offer a minimum guarantee of 6 months when most of our competitors offer a maximum of 3 months. We offer this because we prioritize quality and after-sales service. We make sure that our products pass a rigorous quality control, so that our clients have complete peace of mind, and only worry about giving the best service to their clients. Our return policy reflects our simple, straightforward and uncomplicated approach. Every shipment comes with a guarantee; You will get what you ordered without factory damage or defects and with durable quality.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Most manufacturers have their own technical services at the national level, and the warranty must be managed directly with the official technical service of each manufacturer. We give you 14 days to make changes or returns of products. For any exchange or return, you must keep the original packaging of the product, along with all manuals and the rest of the accessories. We will take over the management of the guarantee of products whose manufacturers do not have an official technical service in Spain. In case you want to exercise your warranty, return or exchange rights, of products whose manufacturers do not have an official technical service in Spain, we put at your disposal the best RMA management system completely online, where you will have all the information in time actual of your repair / exchange / return and you can download your subscription invoices when they are available. Make sure all returns are properly labeled. We will ensure that your RMA is managed as soon as possible and your payment is registered within a maximum period of 1 week from the receipt of your shipment, except force majeure. In the event that we do not have the same product in stock for warranty replacement, or you no longer need it, we will offer you a refund based on the current market price. This is because some items could have been purchased 6 months or more ago, and the price has been reduced. Please note that the warranty does not apply to products or spare parts that have been damaged by the customer due to poor installation or incorrect handling, and that due to this reason we detect internal or external physical damage (for example, broken LCD, damage artificial in Flex cables, etc.) Whether the part is many months old or has had scratches on the components of the LCD screen, our responsibility is to provide you with a product that meets your expectations, and in most cases parts will be accepted without problem as long as they are not damaged or have glue marks. We will do everything in our power to make you satisfied. We recommend that you try to avoid the use of glues where it is not strictly necessary, using double-sided adhesives specially designed for the installation of screens, batteries and other components. USED DEFECTIVE PART? ACCEPTED!

Many of our competitors void the warranty on parts they sell if the part shows signs of wear, or if the plastic seals have been removed for installation. We believe that our warranty process for the parts we sell should be as simple as the purchase process. In most cases, our customers receive the credit in account in less than a week, once the defective product is received. In case you want a replacement of the spare you have bought from us, please contact us through our RMA portal, and we will exchange it for you free of charge. If you receive a product that has factory defects, this should not have happened in the first place, so the last thing we should do is bother you. Please note that the Samsung manufacturer's policy regarding service pack displays is not to provide any warranty, once the sale has been made, for whatever reason. But don't worry, unlike our competitors, we'll take over. The only thing we are going to ask you is to test the screens of that manufacturer before installation. If it detects any failure before installing it, it returns it to us and we will make the payment. In most cases, the original Samsung screens only fail due to a bad installation, therefore, we will not be able to take over the replacement once it has been installed. For other manufacturers' displays and parts, we recommend that you use special double-sided adhesives, specifically designed for that purpose. Try not to use universal glues where it is not strictly necessary, as the use of these glues can cause accidental damage to spare parts, thus voiding the warranty. We therefore recommend that you test all components before installation. All the spare parts that do not show glue residues will be covered by guarantee, regardless of whether they have been used. NO RESTOCKING FEE

Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge restocking fees for returned items. In case you have bought a part, and for any other reason you no longer need it, we give you up to 30 days to return it to us, and we will not ask you questions, it's that easy. The vast majority of our competitors do not offer this possibility, and some even charge fees ranging from 15 to 50 euros for administrative costs to process the return. This charge is often used to cover shipping and handling charges. We don't play that game. With no restocking fees, it's that simple.
