As required by art. 27 of Ley 34/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico, the contract/buying process follow the next steps:
To simplify the purchasing process, user can register an account using the sign up form in the ”USERS” section, or user can register an account at the time of purchasing.
Signing up will create an user account which will require from the user to fill the required personal data.
User will select an username and password combination and will bind to make fair use of this combination and to not give his/her credentials to anyone. User also engages to communicate to the provider the theft, losing or unauthorised use of the credentials to help the provider to block the account.
User will not choose as username words which can tend to confusion, misinterpreation, impersonation or words which can be interpreted as rude, insults or, in general, any word against fair use or normal social relationships.
However, user will have the choice to achieve the purchasing process without registering in the website.
